Bine ai venit la IntaroSport! Acești termeni și condiții reglementează utilizarea platformei noastre de rezervare a terenurilor de tenis și a serviciilor conexe. Prin utilizarea serviciilor noastre, accepți acești termeni în totalitate.

2. Services offered

• Rezervare online de terenuri de tenis cu zgură (operat de INTARO SPORT SRL)
• AI assistant for finding available slots
• Managing bookings and user account
• Email notifications about bookings
• Rezervare gratuită de sloturi pentru turnee de tenis (vezi secțiunea 6)
• Înscriere la academia de tenis pentru copii — vezi Termenii Academie (operat de ACS INTARO SPORT)

3. Account creation

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• The information provided must be correct and up to date
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials
• Only one account per person is allowed

4. Booking policy

• Bookings are made based on availability
• Booking confirmation is sent by email
• Payment can be made at reception or online (if available)
• Bookings can be modified or cancelled according to the cancellation policy

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellation and rescheduling of confirmed bookings can be done at least 6 hours before the start time.
• Cancellation is free, with no fees or penalties.
• Rescheduling is done through an online request, with administration approval, only to a time slot with the same rate.
• Unconfirmed booking requests can be cancelled at any time.

6. Court usage rules

• Appropriate tennis footwear is mandatory
• Respect the booking start and end times
• Food and drinks are not allowed on the court
• Unsportsmanlike behavior may lead to access being denied

7. Rezervări sloturi turnee

Pentru turneele organizate la club, oferim un sistem de rezervare gratuită a sloturilor pe terenul desemnat:

• Înregistrarea ca jucător de turneu se face prin formularul /turnee/inregistrare sau cu un cont existent
• Sloturile au capacitate multiplă (ex: 4 jucători pe slot de 30 minute) — adminul configurează parametrii pentru fiecare turneu
• Rezervările sunt gratuite, fără taxă de înscriere
• Anularea sau mutarea propriei rezervări se poate face cu minimum N ore înainte (configurat per turneu — implicit 2 ore)
• Pe perioada turneului, terenul desemnat este dedicat exclusiv jucătorilor de turneu și nu poate fi rezervat pentru jocuri obișnuite
• Adminul / staff-ul / casierul pot anula sau muta orice rezervare oricând (de exemplu, când un jucător solicită telefonic)
• Comportamentul nesportiv sau utilizarea abuzivă a sistemului (rezervări multiple fără participare) poate duce la suspendarea contului

8. Limitation of liability

IntaroSport is not responsible for:

• Injuries during play
• Loss or damage of personal belongings
• Temporary unavailability of the platform

9. Intellectual property

All materials on the site (logo, design, content) are the property of IntaroSport and are protected by copyright laws.

10. Modification of terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified by email about significant changes.
