The platform is under continuous development, and these recordings are how we test it. We record navigation through the pages — clicks, scrolling, errors — and also what you type into forms and your conversations with the assistant. Passwords and personal numeric codes (CNP) stay hidden and never reach us, in any mode. The recording covers the club’s staff to the same extent. Recordings are deleted after at most 30 days and are kept on servers in Germany (Hetzner), through ARVERION TECHNOLOGIES SRL, the company that developed the platform. If you turn this option off, nothing is recorded.
