This page describes the rules regarding cancellation and rescheduling of bookings made through the IntaroSport platform. Please read carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking cancellation

• Confirmed bookings can be cancelled at least 6 hours before the start time.
• Pending booking requests (unconfirmed) can be cancelled at any time, without time restrictions.
• Cancellation is free — no fee or penalty is charged.
• Upon cancellation, the time slot becomes immediately available for other users.
• Cancellation can be done from the My Account section or by contacting reception.
• Bookings past the start time can no longer be cancelled through the platform.
• With less than 6 hours before, cancellation can only be done by contacting reception (by phone or in person).

2. Training session cancellation (Premium)

• Sessions that have not yet been approved by the trainer can be cancelled at any time, without restrictions.
• Sessions approved by the trainer can be cancelled at least 6 hours before the start time.
• Upon cancellation, hours are fully refunded to the premium account balance.
• With less than 6 hours before, contact reception for emergencies.

3. Booking rescheduling

• Confirmed bookings can be rescheduled at least 6 hours before the start time.
• A rescheduling request is sent that must be approved by administration.
• Rescheduling can only be done to a time slot with the same rate. If the new slot has a different price, the request will be automatically rejected.
• The new time slot must not overlap with other existing bookings on the same court.
• Only one reschedule request can be active at a time for each booking.
• The reschedule request can be cancelled by the user before its approval.
• If the request is rejected, the booking remains at the original time slot.

4. Training session rescheduling (Premium)

• Sessions not approved by the trainer can be rescheduled at any time.
• Approved sessions can be rescheduled at least 6 hours before the start time.
• The new time slot must be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance from the time of the request.
• Upon rescheduling, hours are temporarily refunded and deducted again from the balance upon trainer re-approval.
• The trainer must re-approve the rescheduled session.

5. Refunds

• Standard bookings: Cancellation releases the time slot. No charge for bookings cancelled according to the policy (at least 6 hours before).
• Premium sessions: Training hours are fully refunded to the account balance upon cancellation or rejection by the trainer.
• Online payments: For payments made online, the refund is processed within a maximum of 14 business days from the cancellation date, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. No-Show

• Failure to notify of absence and not showing up at the reserved time may lead to temporary restriction of access to booking services.
• Please cancel in advance if you cannot attend, to allow other players to use the court.

7. Force majeure

IntaroSport reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of force majeure (technical failures, extreme weather conditions for outdoor courts, legal restrictions). In such situations, users will be notified and bookings will be cancelled at no cost.

8. Policy changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Users will be notified by email about significant changes. The latest version of the policy is always available on this page.
